Generate random integers or decimals in any range. Pick multiple numbers at once, prevent duplicates, and sort results.
Set the inclusive range. Works with negative numbers (e.g. Min = −50, Max = 50).
How many random numbers to generate in one click. Maximum 500 per generation.
Set to 0 for integers. Set to 2 for results like 3.14, or up to 10 decimal places for high precision.
Each number in the result set will be unique. Requires the range to be large enough to accommodate the quantity.
Sorts the generated numbers in ascending order before displaying them.
Pick a lottery number
Min 1, Max 49, Quantity 6, No duplicates
Roll a die
Min 1, Max 6, Quantity 1, Decimals 0
Generate a random sample
Min 1, Max 1000, Quantity 20, No duplicates, Sorted
Random probability simulation
Min 0, Max 1, Quantity 10, Decimals 4
Math.random(), which is a pseudorandom number generator (PRNG). Results are statistically uniform and suitable for simulations, sampling, and games, but not for cryptographic security purposes.
True randomness (TRNG) is generated from physical processes like radioactive decay or thermal noise. Computers use algorithms called PRNGs - mathematically deterministic but statistically indistinguishable from random for most applications.
