How the course grade is weighted.

Each item becomes a percentage, then that percentage is multiplied by its weight. The course grade is the weighted total divided by the total weight. A school scale can differ, so confirm the cutoff before you rely on the letter.

Common cutoff

Plus and minus uses 93, 90, 87, 83, 80, 77, 73, 70, 67, 63, and 60. Simple A-F uses 90, 80, 70, and 60.
